He immediately knew what our issue was, gave us a recommendation to call out internet provider and request a specific router. We did that, and our issue was immediately solved. James did not charge us a dime for coming out. we ended up not adding the new drops, they were not needed. Thank you James and thank you Peakwire! Hire these guys! “I was having difficulty streaming certain apps on my Smart TV, and was convinced the issue was throughput due to a wifi connection issue. I was ready to run cable for a significant expense. I found Peak Wire Systems and asked them to come out at 9:00 am the next morning. I was remiss the next morning missed their initial arrival, but when I called them and asked them to come back, they did so without any reservation. James Fisher arrived and I showed him what I wanted done, but he asked me what my specific problem was, and when I showed him, he told me my issue was much more a problem with TV processing and that a TV Box would likely be the best solution. I thanked him and he left...without ever billing me. Now it wasn't the fact that he didn't bill me that impressed me the most, but it was the fact that I had easily put him out with two trips and the time he was here examining my setup, yet he was more interested in making sure I had what I needed, as opposed to making sure he got something for his troubles. That's INTEGRITY. I found an old Amazon Fire Stick in the closet and tried it out to test what James had told me and it turned out that it solved 90% of the issues I had. James definitely knew what he was talking about. I sent James a Zelle payment, not because he required it, or even asked for it (he didn't), but because it was only right that he be paid for such incredible service. Peak Wire Systems is a keeper contact for me now and I would recommend them to anyone that had a need falling under their purview.”
